February is the month of love. "There is no question that what the world needs more than anything is love. If people loved each other, really loved each other, there would be no more war, crime, abuse, injustice, poverty, hunger, homelessness or immorality. Love is the one ingredient that could revolutionize society. Love is the greatest quality of human life. Throughout this 13th chapter of Romans, the word used for love is agape. There are four Greek words for love. Eros is passionate love. Storge is affectionate love. That is the kind that is between parent and child. Then there is phileo which is like brother-to-brother. Agape is selfless and sacrificial love. It is the very love of God Himself. It speaks of preciousness to the object. Study this chapter in Romans with the idea of agape love in mind."
